The room was clean and comfortable. Wish there was access to water when we arrived after 11pm! Had to go out to find water. As with all hotels, the over-priced extras are always disappointing. In this day and age, a complimentary bottle of water is not too much to ask! Wasn’t you thrilled about the bathroom because there are no shower curtains and nowhere to hang a loofah. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay and a beautiful room.

I booked Hard Rock as a an alternative bec my first choice was fully booked. I liked how the check in was fast and easy and they have a fitness center on the 3rd floor, albeit small. The room was okay. It was dingy although it looked “nice”. The AC worked great and I liked how you get the view overlooking the city. Everything was unsanitary in a sense that there are fingerprints on the closet handles, the fridge and the bathroom sink. The carpet was yucky but the place was “good enough” to stay for the night since nothing else was available close to the event I was attending. Parking is horrible. It’s valet only for $65/day and people were cologne so I decided to park next door at 6th & K Parkade. Walking around the area was scary. Lots of homeless all round the property. I couldn’t take it anymore that I checked out a day before and considered it a loss and drove back home. I won’t be back at this place.
