This lovelly luxury villa is located in a quiet residential area near Valencia City (20 minutes by car), Spain's third town located on the Costa Blanca. There are many cultural places to visit and other activities such as golf, sailing, cycling, tennis and horseriding nearby.

This is a perfect place for copes looking for a rest-break in comfort.

The villa has a private swimming pool (4.75 x 9.75 m.), A garden and several terraces.

Downstairs: There is a spacious living room - dining room with WIFI, TV, DVD and a fireplace. The kitchen is large and fitted with most modern appliances including a microwave, a dishwasher, etc. One bedroom (double bed) with its own bathroom and there is also a downstairs toilet.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a terrace.

The location of this villa is in a quiet environment. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood, 2 km from a typical spanish village Alginet with good communications with the city Valencia, with all kind of facilities, shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely well equipped villa
This is a spacious 4 bed villa that is well equipped for all your needs. The on-site manager and owner were very responsive to queries and problems. The only real problem was that you need to take care with the electrics, especially the fridge, and not overhead the system. It’s better to fill the fridge over a couple of days rather than ram it full on day 1! You need a car a car as there are no local shops, and the metro into València (at August 2023) is truncated, so you need a car to get to the metro- which is the best way to get to València. Overall we had a great time there.

Spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool and aircon in the bedrooms. You’ll need a car as it’s remote from ALGINET. Jose the property manager was helpful as was the Owner Fernando who was also very quick to respond to queries

the perfect getaway
A perfect property for large families, the host is super responsive and provides all you need for a getaway in Valencia. It’s a bit out of the city, however only takes 25 minutes to the centre which is ideal for a mix of city and relaxation. We will be back!

A luxurious villa close to Valencia
A very comfortable, well appointed villa with easy access to the metro into Valencia city centre. The pool was lovely and the kitchen well equipped for preparing meals. A half hour drive down to the coast if you want to explore the area. We also visited the water park in Cullera which the children enjoyed. We had booked this in 2019 and the owner had been very good about changing our dates multiple times!

Amazing
Nos encanta la casa, es muy grande, moderna y cómoda. Muy completa. Tal como aparece en las fotos. Lo único que no nos encanto fue el barrio y la lejanía con Valencia pero la casa estuvo tan cómoda y hermosa, y los dueños fueron tan amables siempre que ya nos interesa tanto la ubicación. Muy recomendable! Volveremos seguro!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Valencia. The house was perfect for us (4 adults and 4 kids)
The house was modern and tastefully decorated with all mod cons. Location is a quite and rural so definitely recommend getting a hire car. The host was polite and and helpful in communication. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Valencia.
