Overall great experience. Would return.The check-in process smooth. Responses were efficient.Location is perfect for what we were looking for.It is a big house. All the rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and even roof top patio) were a great size!We had issues with the washing machine and was replaced with a new one within two days (which is fantastic service)We also had issues with the air conditioning (we weren't able to cool the rooms down as water came out of them) . The technicians did what they can for the time we were there. I understand some parts and work takes time to complete. We were able to use the fans from the AC and the house was cool with great air circulation.These are things that is not within their control, however the response is and they were always great.We took advantage of the Weber charcoal bbq!Keep in mind, there are extra costs at this location. Like hot tub (which we wouldn't or used as it's too warm, or the garage.. That we didn't need as there's safe street parking)
