unfortunately transfered to another more simple apartment

the arrival date we got information about changing the appartment. that apartment wasnt as the one we booked : no ocean view, no washing mashine no modernization. it was in a bad shape and needs a renovation. The apartment we ve booked I could visit after a week with the option to move there, but it was full of moist and left in a terribly by the long term guests . It got cleaned up with chlorid, but of course the smell stayed for a while and stung when breathing. So we stayed in the old alternative apartment .We had noise from the construction site on the whole building, sometimes the elevator didnt work, some day the light in the hall ways didnt work.If the apartment we ve booked is in a good shape and the construction work is finished this year, it will be a very nice place to stay. But we were unlucky and disappointed with the situation.The host offered a discount because of the trouble and the situaion - unfortunately we are still waiting to receive it since almost 2months now!

Einige Stunden nach der Buchung und Bezahlung wurde mir die Wohnung vom Vermieter storniert mit der Bemerkung, dass mindestens 24h zwischen Reservierung und Check-In liegen müssen. Eine vollständige Rückerstattung wurde mir vom Vermieter versprochen und auch teilweise realisiert - auf den Rest warte ich noch, bislang allerdings vergeblich.

Wohnung in Apartmentkomplex

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll. Balkon ist sehr klein. Strände in der Umgebung sind wunderschön und die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge an der Küstenlinie
