Can Gosp is a traditional Mallorcan finca with stunning views of the mountains in one of the best areas of Alcudia, accommodating up to 5 people. It has beautiful gardens and private salt pool. Distribution:

The villa offers 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining area and a living room with TV. The house is equipped with internet WIFI.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second has 2 single beds and a new and very comfortable sofa bed.

Outside we find a wonderful pool of 10x5 meters surrounded by a railing, perfect for the safety of children. Next to the pool is the porch equipped with garden furniture, a perfect area to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue.

The pool is surrounded by a solarium and has sun loungers and to relax.

Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
