The place was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. Loved the layout of the house and the outdoor space! So much room for all of us and the big kitchen worked great. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and fun!

Very beautiful and clean home with plenty of activities and things to do in a quiet neighborhood. Traveled with my family and my sister's family and it was perfect.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We just came in to ABQ for a night - the hosts were amazing and made our visit extra special with flowers, champagne and a cake for my parents 50th anniversary! The house is - of course… the best place to stay in ABQ. Comfortable beds, lots of room for large families, corn hole, hot tub, putt-putt golf, and much more! Perfect little getaway with everything you need.

Beautiful

Although we were not there for personal vacation. This was a perfect home for business trip as it offers 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms. The hotel rates are overly expensive in ABQ. Thank you for everything!

Perfect house for the State Tournament!

This was the perfect location for us to stay for the high school state tennis championships. We had lots of family come to town for the tournament. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was perfect. It is a large house and is uniquely decorated. We loved it!

Great Stay!

This house was very comfortable for our extended family. Four bedrooms with four en suite bathrooms worked perfectly for four adult couples. My three teenage grandkids slept on the couches in the TV room and the small office and were happy the whole weekend. Great TV area for watching movies. The outdoor area was exceptional but we were there on a hot weekend so we didn't use it as much as we would if it was cooler. The gas grill (not propane) was a nice surprise. The owners were very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet the whole weekend. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Albuquerque for any reason.

Good Stay

Overall a good stay near the Albuquerque Downs, which is what needed. All beds very comfortable and bathrooms in every room is super convenient. Note that the thermostat is locked at 70, which was hot for a family of six. Master bedroom does not have a ceiling fan, used to extra fans available in closet, but not enough. Great decor and great patio to entertain.

Great Place

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic experience, We were a family of 6 and the house fit us well. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the corn hole in the back yard. The house was well equipped. We cooked in the house several times and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. My only comment is that there wasn’t as much cutlery as we needed. However, we had a challenge getting the fireplace to light and the property manager was very responsive and had someone there in less than an hour to help us. I definitely recommend this place.

Room for everyone for wedding weekend in December

My husband and I booked the house to accommodate my brother and adult children with spouses (eight people) to be together for our son's wedding. Finding three king bedded rooms, each with their own bathroom was gold! The house is in a convenient location and quiet neighborhood and street, although we did hear a bit of traffic noise in the night which I assume was Lomas which is two streets over.The decor is very interesting and fun, with a large, pretty well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area with gas fireplace which was nice. Large separate TV area with sofa seating for everyone, and half bath off laundry area was convenient. I am sure the backyard area is great in the summer but it was cold and we weren't able to take advantage of that. All in all, this house was perfect for the family.TIP: In winter the floor is cold so bring your robe and slippers and if you want to use the hot tub and like pool towels you will have to bring your own as well as tissues and lotion for the bathrooms as those were't provided.

House has been renovated into a lovely property. Each well appointed bedroom had its own bathroom - what a wonderful thing Beautiful, well stocked kitchen. Lots of pluses. Great yard with games and fire pits. Host, Alex, was amazing.

Exceeded our expectations

Flexible check in. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Full bathrooms in every bedroom. Great dinning table made for fun family game night. Beautiful home with outdoor games. Location is perfect, short drive to the Sandia Peak Tramway and Albuquerque Convention Center.

Boutique Hotel Vibes

Loved being able to stay at this property with my friends for a long weekend in ABQ. Not only does this house a space for every occasion, but I loved its location. It was super easy to get anywhere in the city. The big kitchen counter was a big hit, seeing how we where able to get all the groceries, food, etc laid out. I think that the house is even better IRL than the photos. Our host was VERY nice and wonderful at communicating. Thank you!

Great Family Home!

House is perfect for multiple families. The bathroom in each bedroom is ideal. The front and back yards are great for family entertainment! We did have a few issues, such as no garage remote (so unable to use garage during stay), broken crib and pack & play, no high chair as promised, had to call about garbage disposal but overall the house was perfect. The property manager is quick to respond and took care of everything (but the garage)!

It’s a beautiful property inside and out. Great for entertaining my family for a weekend. We wish we could stay longer to enjoy the house longer because it’s that great! Everything is provided for your stay and the host is easily accessible.

The home has so many sitting areas inside and outside to hangout. It has plenty of coffee options on how you like to make your coffee (i.e. keurig, percolator, regular coffee maker), our stay was comfortable as if we were staying in our own home, but with way cooler interior finishes. Your eyes will go into sensory overload of how every inch of this house is eclectic. You won’t go bored in a house like this 🥳🤩😎
