convenient for my medical appointments and access to the interstates. we were in a handicapped room which used to have a detachable shower head and handle and that is now gone (since 11/22) and the second day the handle on the shower broke so it was impossible to use the shower. I advised the staff at the desk who seemed like they weren't concerned and didn't believe I was in a handicapped room! really?!

The property was hard to find but close to where I needed to be. Parking was great, the property had obviously been renovated. The area felt safe. The staff was friendly. The room was great, no complaints.

We were there not only with family but also our soccer family. We were greeted wonderfully and treated so well. It truly was a great staff from receptionist to breakfast staff. They were all fantastic!!!! In town for Sandia Prep soccer tournament and this hotel was perfect!! Security was also very much in the ball the whole time.
