Not up to par

The stay was a last minute decision. The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. We had to purchase towels but was reimbursed by the owner. The internet wasn’t working well and he did his best to get it on but it was extremely slow. He was unsure if the cleaners had washed the sheets so we ended up washing all the linen before we laid down. We wish the circumstances were different but that was our reality.

Worst place ever!! Do not bother.

To begin with, check in was at 3. The owner called and asked when we would arrive. We thought with all the traffic it would be around 6. We ended up getting there around 4. We could not get in the place. Come to find out it hadn't been cleaned yet. The Title says Luxury. It was far from that. The table and chairs you see in the pictures were not there. The 4 chairs at the bar, there were only 3. They didn't have enough plates and cups for 4 people. The glasses were plastic. The place was very dirty. We ended up staying at a hotel. Do not bother with this site.

Worst experience

No response from owner for hours on day of arrival.. once in contact owner didn’t know if unit was clean. He informed us things were clean BUT Once inside unit was filthy.. nothing was cleaned, children’s toys and dirt were everywhere. none of the beds were made owner didn’t bring blankets until last day. He had a lady and her 4 kids living there and apparently put them out that day and he said he thought we were arriving on a different day. We’ve had this reservation booked for MONTHS

This appeared to be newly renovated and was just as the picture described. Very nice apartment. It was close to many restaurants and stores.
