The pool was not in service, even though that was not listed. The room was dirty and the lock didnt work. The bed was broken and dipped in the middle. Someone was stomping around on the top floor for half the night. Breakfast was ok...but 2 of the juices were out of order.

The whole place was dirty. Our room smelled. The morning staff at check did not acknowledge me as I waited for her to finish with the gentleman in front of me. Not the best experience. I will not stay there again or recommend that location.

This place needs a full remodeling. They never had enough towels and wash clothes, the place smell. The breakfast needs some work. I was given the wrong room. The manager got real nasty with me. Roaches. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Close the place down

Professional and Helpful

The manager at this location was very professional. We arrived before check-in and was not feeling well. She explained that we could not check-in early due to the staff trying to prepare the rooms. There was a volleyball tournament. As soon as the staff finished cleaning she allowed us to check in.
