VILLA ANNA 12B:
Beautiful Villa located on one of the main streets of the San Jaime Mediterráneo Urbanization on the famous Son Bou beach, it is in a quiet and private area, away from the eyes of people or cars that may pass by on the street. Just 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
Villa Anna consists of 3 double bedrooms, a large living room open to the kitchen with a porch with spectacular views of the sea, perfect for lunch or dinner, since being close to the kitchen is very practical and pleasant. You're also looking from this porch to the pool, so it's easy to watch the kids play while everyone else finishes their coffee. In the pool area there is a tree that, in addition to the parasol, gives you fantastic shade to take a nap.
Recently renovated with large windows that allow you to enjoy the interior as if you were outside, a comfortable sofa and colors that are reminiscent of summer and the sea.
Its two bathrooms make this villa the most comfortable for groups of friends or families.
The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or monochrome for the organic one.
Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as a private chef or babysitting service, a photography tour of the island or even a personalized beauty session.

Amazing villa!
This villa is perfectly situated in Son Bou. Far enough from the main hub, to be quiet and peaceful but only a 5minute walk from the restaurants and a couple of minutes walk from the small local supermarket and the local bakery/cafe which is superb. (You can easily walk to the beach but we took our car to the main, free car park)
The villa is very well equipped, with everything you could need. There is AC and electric ceiling fans in each room. We never felt too hot, even when it had been 30 degrees outside. The pool is perfect.
The villa was very clean and Virginia the owner is incredibly responsive and helpful.
I would highly recommend this villa, we were sad to leave!

Cozy villa with wonderful views to Son Bou beach
The house is impecable and very well maintained… well equipped for all your needs. The kitchen is small yet very practical as it is open to the living area, which is not usual in Spain. The pool is cleaned daily. The Sin Bou village is located facing the south of the Island where the best white sandy beaches are located and is plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets for all the need during our stay

Lovely Villa

Hemos tenido la gran suerte de descansar y disfrutar de unas vacaciones fantásticas. La vivienda es cómoda, está bien equipada y tiene buenas vistas.
