"This Hotel is a hidden gem, and quality on par with SwissHotel in Clock Tower. Beds, Hygiene, food and service in general, free water, dates and Kahwa all day is simply great. We would be staying at this place for all our Umra travel from now on every year."

"The rooms were amazing. They were clean and very well maintained. I saw people constantly cleaning and employees always asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was plentiful. They had ample food and there was never a shortage of staff to clear our plates and cups. My suggestion would be that during breakfast the food should be warmer. It’s usually lukewarm at best. Also more water stations. The breakfast area is very large and to get a refill of water was troublesome. The only water was at the juice station. "

"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. "
