The staff (including reception, concierge and cleaning team) were friendly and helpful. A beautiful aroma touches your senses as well as the tweeting bird sound when you step in to reception after a day in a busy environment. Very close to the holy Mosque Maasjid- e-Haram . Entrance straight to lifts if required. No need to walk through malls or reception. Approx 7 min walk to the masjid-e-Haram grounds depending on which gates / entrances are open in the Haram. Rooms have a dressing / wardrobe area which was really useful although room could have been a little larger. Exceptional standards and very clean. Thank you I will return soon in-sha-Allah.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Everything was magnificent in this hotel. I can't fault anything. Even lifts were quick to get in and out of which made getting the Kaaba super convenient. I wl stay here again Inshallah.

Staff were amazing, food were amazing. However due to hotel.com booking us as 2 diferent group instead of one family, we were placed in 2 diferent towers. With a autistic child and a 3 year old, that was impossible for us accept. I had to pay adfitional 600pounds to have rooms on the same floor.
