The room is advertised as haram view, there was no view . When we raised this they said they only have partial Kaaba view. The room we stayed in initially had damp smell init and the state of the room was not 5star. They then changed the room to a better one. Iv stated here before and it will be last this year.

The room I booked it was for 2 adults and 3 children’s. But they did provide me only 2 single beds! It was really hard for me to seeing this after 5 hours journey from Madinah . I spoke to customer service and they told me to the reception desk and asking me if I pay 200 Saudia Rial they can get me another single bed which Still not enough for 5 of us. They should’ve given any option to booking this accommodation for among of us. I didn’t have any option left , so I paid 200 rial per night. But was not enough for me, there was more surprises were waiting for me , the bathroom sink was stuck, the bathtub fochet was terrible. When I was trying to do Odhu the head shower went on and made full wet .same thing happened with my wife and doughter . I complained to customer service , they sent the maintenance guy but he fixed only hand wash sink . I was facing all these until I left the hotel. I won’t book this hotel again.

Check in was late at 3:pm due to room was not ready. Room 2921 condition was ordinary as same as 2 star hotel. Amenities was missing, upon request and called 3 times they provided. The person who provide these amenities was disturbed in his life and give angry looks to customers. The charges of stay is not match with service they provided Breakfast was good. .
