Few things that need to be improved: 1. Transport service is not good at all. It's such a long distance where you have to change two buses despite walking a lot. Atleast what you can do is to arrange one bus that takes people directly from Voco to Haram Pak and vice versa. 2. Voco does not provide any services like microwave and fridge. One needs to warm up food sometimes and it's a very basic necessity. There is no access to kitchen and refrigerator. The day we were moving out,we just wanted to keep one small box in the fridge for literal 2 hours and they did not allow us. 3.The restaurants inside like Al Karam and Telal, do not offer food individually. We went there during the lunch hours and they simply refused saying it's only for groups(idk which groups). 4. Moreover, there are not any good asian food options nearby that can be accessed easily. So, one finds nothing to eat, neither from inside restaurants nor can order from outside. The only option you are left with is to stick with the in room dining. 5. We called them to provide one plate and knife because we wanted to wash fruits. They even charged us for that (20 SAR).

The hotel is clean with excellent service. There are multiple towers, each with separate check-in counters. It would have been helpful to know the tower details in advance. The walk to the Haram is about 3,000 steps, and the walkway is not easy—there are many vendors, vehicles crossing, and it can be crowded. The bus service is inconvenient; the first bus takes you away from the Haram, and the second bus takes you to haram and about 5 mins walk. There is a long wait between buses, making it difficult, especially with kids. The breakfast options are excellent, and the staff is very courteous and helpful

But they failed to mention it is a ONE-STOP shuttle service. Our trip was short (3 days). It took us nearly one hour to get to Haram and the same on the way back. For this reason (as this is the only reason we went there) I would not recommend this hotel. I would much rather pay for a basic hotel within walking distance of the haram than book this again.

Amazing hotel but distance isn't amazing

This hotel is amazing 10/10 beautifully decorated, so so clean, amazing breakfast buffet, service was amazing, the indoor mall was good too and price difference between inside and outside wasn't crazy. The workers were amazing and super useful too. Shuttle bus service: However, please be aware that the shuttle bus service unfortunately is not directly to the haram. The Voco shuttle bus is amazing its always there infront of the hotel, never had to wait ever however please know that the hotel shuttle buses all go to Kudai bus station then you get on the makkah bus to the haram area. Going there is not an issue but on the way back from the haram area its extremely hard to get the makkah bus back to kudai station, its a literal war zone as everyone is pushing to try and get onto the makkah bus back. It's a 25 minute walk to the haram but the road is not the best in terms of walking especially after Salah its very busy. I think it would be much better if the hotel dropped you off a 5 min walk away from the haram instead of kudai bus station.

Newer hotel in Makkah and was pretty clean and the mall on the lower level was very convenient. They had numerous of shuttles and was always there and had to change shuttles coming back to the hotel but overall it wasn’t too bad.
