Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your choosing our property to spend your vacations and for sharing your opinion about your experience. We are terribly sorry to read that our standards and services could not meet your expectations. We would like to inform you that all the comments and suggestions will be addressed to the involved departments to improve our service. Regarding your comments about the gastronomical offer, we would like to share that all our food and beverage staff are professionally trained to manipulate food and beverages, according to the “Distintivo H” requirements and parameters. Nevertheless, we will make extra inspections to ensure our guest’s health. As per the pool’s temperature, we would like to share that our winter are usually quite warm for visitors outside of the Caribbean, making this destination an ideal place to run away from the cold and snow back home. The resort pools are not heated as with the sun and external warm it sets the pools in refreshing temperature to cold down from the warm Caribbean weather. Again, we are very sorry that we were not able to fulfill your expectations. Rest assure that if you give us a second chance, we will do everything that is in our hands to change these impressions and make you have a wonderful vacation experience.
