Seemed like a decently nice place, but disappointed by their followthrough. We booked a three person room advertised with a king and a twin. It ended up being a room with just a single bed, and then they brought in a mattress and set it on the floor - not even a rollaway or a sofa bed or something reasonable. The mattress was coated in plastic and crinkled loudly all night, and was highly uncomfortable. They seem close to being a good hotel but not quite there.

Cheap but not clean
The bedlinnen was not clean and stained and in the evening there was no warm water to shower (and staff did not turn boiler on when we complained) Later we learned this is normal in this class of hotels in India, but in other hotels, staff was friendly and turned boiler on for us.
