Great breakfast. Cozy comfortable and spacious room with balcony. Very pleasant staff - all go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. Few minutes walk to the beach and promenade to watch the sunset. I loved the welcome drink of mint tea and cookies.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the biggest highlights is its amazing location, the beach is just a very short walk away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea whenever you feel like it. Whether it was early morning strolls, relaxing afternoons on the sand, or peaceful sunset walks, having the beach so close made the whole trip feel extra special. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My room was cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything else I needed. Their friendliness added a personal touch that made the experience even better. I also loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was. Even though everything is conveniently nearby, the hotel still feels quiet and relaxing, the perfect environment to unwind after a day of exploring or enjoying the beach. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Being so close to the beach truly enhances the stay, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable coastal getaway

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. Cet hĂŽtel est inacceptable tant dans la qualitĂ© de l’accueil que dans le service. Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© deux suites et nous en avons eu qu’une Ă  l’arrivĂ©e car l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait temps sur Booking Et encore, nous avons eu de la chance, car une dizaine de familles ont dĂ» repartir dans Agadir, alors que tout Ă©tait complet L’hĂŽtel impose de payer un dĂźner de gala Ă  plus de 500 € pour une famille, alors que ceci n’était pas notĂ© dans les conditions tarifaires. Le diner Ă©tait HORRIBLE, FROID et MAUVAIS, et servi Ă  23h00 !!! Les noix de St-Jacques Ă©taient manquantes et le fromage industriel. Lorsque vous tentez de nĂ©gocier quoi que ce soit, ils deviennent trĂšs agressifs et vous insulte, on ne trouvant aucune solution. Nous n’avons jamais Ă©tĂ© traitĂ©s comme ça au Maroc, pays que nous connaissons trĂšs bien Lorsque nous avons commencĂ© Ă  montrer notre mĂ©contentement, ils nous ont coupĂ© l’électricitĂ© des chambres et nous ont insultĂ© dans le lobby Le descriptif est totalement mensonger avec une piscine d’intĂ©rieur qui est fermĂ© et un spa de qualitĂ© qui est mĂ©diocre, un hammam inexistant et une salle de sport en travaux. Seul, le restaurant est de qualitĂ© avec des frais et bien cuisinĂ©s. Le linge n’est pas frais, Nous avons pris un massage de une heure qui a durĂ© 45 minutes et lorsqu’on en fait la remarque, on se fait insulter Il y a tous les jours Ă  la rĂ©ception, une dizaine de personnes qui hurlent car ils sont mĂ©contents À fuir absolument

Bonjour, Je vais juste ĂȘtre factuel sans ressentiments (et pourtant..) ArrivĂ© Ă  l'hĂŽtel on me demande de patienter pour le check-in, 45 minutes plus tard on me fait venir Ă  la rĂ©ception pour me dire qu'il n'y Ă  aucune trace de ma rĂ©servation pour la semaine ou nous venons travaillĂ© sur Agadir avec un collĂšgue. Je signale que de mon cĂŽtĂ© tout est confirmĂ© et actif, le directeur (?) me confirme qu'il n'a rien et qu'il ne lui reste aucune chambres dans l'hĂŽtel. Il rajoute qu'au vu du tarif sur ma rĂ©servation imprimĂ©, je n'ai pas pu rĂ©servĂ© dans son Ă©tablissement 5 Ă©toiles, ce Ă  quoi je lui oppose que je ne connais pas ses tarifs habituels, seulement celui de ma rĂ©servation. AprĂšs discussion il me dit qu'il va essayer de trouver une solution. 1h30 aprĂšs on me propose de payer 40 € / nuit en plus pour ĂȘtre surclassĂ©, pas le choix, j'accepte ce qui nous donne 40 € x 5 nuits x 2 personnes ! J'attends encore 1h30 pour que les chambres soit prĂ©parĂ©s. Au final on nous amĂšne Ă  nos chambres et lĂ , une odeur nausĂ©abonde (humiditĂ©/aĂ©ration) rĂšgne dans les chambres, j'ouvre mon lit et celui ci est plein de poils et de cheveux, quand Ă  celui de mon collĂšgue, plein d'insectes ! Nous prenons donc la dĂ©cision de quitter l'hĂŽtel, une fois Ă  la rĂ©ception 3 couples ont les mĂȘmes soucis que nous. Pour finir le directeur s'excuse mais sans plus, je demande Ă  la rĂ©ception une note pour mon entreprise ou on me dit que que ce n'est pas possible desuite mais que l'on me l'enverras demain = jamais reçu.

Tout Ă©tait parfait seul bĂ©mol qu’il faut vite rĂ©gler c’est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas ! Pas normal pour un 5 Ă©toiles donc la direction votre hĂŽtel est top mais mettez un wifi digne de ce nom, c’est pas grand chose mais ça change tout !
