What airline is AM?

AM is the IATA code of Aeromexico. This two-character code, sometimes also called the airline identification code, is assigned by the International Air Transport Association. It helps simplify and regulate tariffs, tickets, telecommunications and more.

How do I find my flight number?
  • Your flight number is in your travel itinerary. It's not hard to spot if you know what you're searching for. Browse the document for a code consisting of letters and numbers. The first couple of letters and single digit identify your airline (these are called IATA airline codes). This is followed by one to four digits — your flight number.
How early can you check bags for a flight?
  • Check-in times are different across airlines. However, with international flights you can typically drop your baggage three hours before departure. We recommend arriving at the airport with plenty of time to spare as check-in closes about an hour before takeoff. If you're traveling domestically, check-in and luggage drop open a couple of hours prior to departure and close 45 minutes before takeoff.
If I am not able to travel due to COVID-19, can I change my flight to a later date?

Wasn't able to make a claim because we didn't notice the broken bag until after 2 days had gone by.

They did not accommodate us and give us seats together, even though there we’re a lot of seats available, the flight attendants had three seats for themselves. I have a video showing the flight attendants relaxing in a three seaters. How much the flight attendants pay their tickets and sleep on the job? I would like to get a job like that: sleep and get paid.. We paid for our tickets and could not seat together, despite of so many seats available. I asked them: can we seat together, and they replied: these seats are not available, they are reserved for flight attendants to sleep and relax. This was for the flight from San Francisco to Mexico City . We had booked our seats together, they changed it and gave us separate seats. The only person working was the boy attendant, while the girls were sleeping. When I asked if my husband and I can move to the seats, they said “no”. Is it reserved for the fly crew? How much they pay for the seats ..

The stuff was very friendly and food was good too. But I wasn’t too crazy about the fact that I placed my flights tickets with my husband and our sits in some of the flights were separate seats.

Disappointed about lack of electric outlet at seat. Thought Aeromexico was a step up from Viva Aerobus (which was $100 cheaper) but I guess not. And you didn’t ask how I liked getting to LaPaz an hour late, which caused us to drive home over a difficult rural road in the dark.
