Unfortunately I would not recommend our 'Premier' room as anywhere close to value for money, or 'Premier'. There were food stains on the wall, the balcony was filthy, both dining area and surrounds. The shower recess was full of mould and there was water damage to both bathroom doors. The couch had more than one stain, and upon opening the utensil drawer in the kitchen, we found food stuck to utensils. This was supposed to be a luxurious feeling getaway for us, and instead of feeling spoilt and relaxed, we were left feeling extremely disappointed with our choice. Absoluely zero attention to detail and definitely overpriced. We will not be returning nor recommending this property.

Very bright, clean lobby with friendly, welcoming staff. We paid extra to have an oceanview room and it was money very well spent. Go ahead and spend the extra for the seaview; it’s certainly worth it. Our room was spotless with very comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. It was wonderful to have a dishwasher and washing machine with powder sachets provided. With the beach right out of doorstep I really didn’t think we needed to swim in the pool, but I’m so glad we did. The water was divine, so smooth and refreshing. The spa and sauna were both awesome too. The balcony was the absolute best thing! I loved sitting out there, watching the waves roll in. It was also good that my teenagers could go to the beach together and I could watch them from the balcony. It was an absolute dream of a hotel, 100% recommend it.

The property has some good amenities, we really liked the pool, however the rooms need some attention. The washing machine in my room was out of order. The dishwasher in my parent’s room malfunctioned. The staff were very accommodating and cleaned our clothes and arranged housekeeping to do the dishes but it was disappointing the appliances were not well maintained

Overall the place is good. It's next to beach, lots of dinning options nearby and friendly staff. The housekeeping needs improvements, the cleaner forgot to empty the bin and add new dishwash power.

Stay was ok but a fridge with broken door shelves, a cooker where the knob setting had worn off and a TV with no internet connection meant we were always trying to find work arounds to have a meal and an evening in. But bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting areas especially the balcony were comfortable.
