"The room was excellent. We had a King Suite, very satisfied. That evening the TV's and lighting went out in the bedroom and sitting room. The A/C and bathroom lighting along with mini-fridge area still had power. I checked for breaker and reset GFCI to no avail. Called the front desk and the attendant immediately came to the room and searched for a solution without success. He immediately went back to front desk, relocated us to an identical room and hand delivered the keys. He was very nice and made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Will definitely stay at this location in the future."
