The staff was very attentive, although I was a bit put off by the receptionist’s friends sitting in the lobby area drinking it up (empty cans next to their chairs). C’est la vie, but then there was getting in the room. Key card for room 300 wouldn’t work so went down for another. That card would not work either but the “light” was going red/green/red—different than before. I called down and reception came w master key. When she opened the door, the latch from inside was engaged! No one ever came to open door; reception said the maids aren’t closing the doors after cleaning…Really? She said she’d have to give me another room, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE UNKNOWNS IN ROOM 300? I was given room 104–no lights in the room except the lamp between the beds so I stumbled through the room. The shower did not work. I had to come get a hair dryer at 1:30 AM after noticing none in room. Disappointing.

My only concern was having separate rooms for guest without pets and those who do. When I arrived, I needed rest but unfortunately I was put in a room that frequently had guests with pets and it had fleas everywhere. Luckily, front desk understood the concerns and moved me immediately which was appreciated. The other obstacle was breakfast the first day the lady was rude about restocking and as watching tv and eating as though she was a guest and was rude towards guest. My associate mentioned this to other staffers in frustration since she was pretty rude towards us as guest. I spent 4 days and 3 nights. And, as a customer I value what I pay and/or invest in. Overall, based on front desk and housekeeping courtesy I’d rate it 3.8 due to those accommodations.

The staff, especially Candace, are so sweet and helpful. I come about once a month and always stay here. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and it's just a nice hotel.
