We were ripped off. We booked online, arrived at 10pm and the room was not ready. The front desk clerk called the manager and asked what to do. All the rooms they had (still listed as available on Travelocity's website) were still dirty. She told us to wait 45 minutes. It still had to be cleaned. With no way out, we had to wait. The room was smoked in. It smelled of Febreze covering over smokey curtains, carpet and linens. The door would hardly latch closed. There was a gap at the bottom of the door that let light and noise in. The bathroom was in complete disrepair, rusted tub, missing caulk, broken shower curtain rod coming out of the wall that let the shower curtain sag in the middle. the Pool, not that we would have used it was empty. the numbers on the hotel doors were written on with a magic marker. A complete shoddy mess. I expect more from Travelocity. This place was rated 7 out of 10. I would give it a 1. We were misled and ripped off. The manager said they would have offered us a discount but could not do it because we booked through travelocity. I expect better than this. Extremely disappointed!
