We used this hotel to break up a long journey from my sister-in-law's home, just south of the Dordogne, to our caravan which is stored in Normandy. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our room, which was spotless. It was a split-level room, with bed upstairs on a mezzanine floor, and a sitting room, bathroom and toilet on the lower level. Only drawback were the stairs during the night. The room would have benefitted from tea/coffee making equipment. Also, unless all the rooms are exactly the same, maybe they should ask if guests can cope with the stairs. A room all on one level may have suited us better but we have no complaints about this hotel and would stay there again, but maybe not on a Monday as the restaurant was closed (but we had been informed of this).
