"Hotel was not clean and when you did see staff preparing rooms it was after 5pm. Common areas in dire need of vacuuming. Once you walk into the lobby towards the front desk, you get a fairly good idea of what you should expect. Another really good example of a hotel likely purchased as an investment and being given a very long lead time to “meet franchise standards/requirements” At the expense of customers. The Wyndham brand is definitely not represented as it should have been and that’s as much on them as the hotels. I’ve learned when it comes to brand culture, it is defined by what you tolerate, not by what you hope for."
