"The location and assistance from staff was first class. We had to share a bathroom which was managed well. One reading lamp did not work, and the wardrobe could not be opened because of a defective/previously damaged key/lock. This was reported. It was noted and we were thanked for doing so. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice."
