"Bel hôtel, employés très gentils. L’endroit où l’hôtel est situé est animée durant le jour jusqu’en fin de soirée mais quand même tranquille. Nous avions la chambre juste au dessus de l’entrée et on entendait rien lorsque les fenêtres étaient fermées. Hotel où on doit remettre la clé de la chambre à la réception à chaque fois qu’on quitte et on doit la redemander à notre retour. Il y avait toujours quelqu’un à la réception. Il y a un arrêt pour le vaporetto à quelques minutes de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique avec des valises. Aussi bien situé près de la place San Marco qui est seulement à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Nous retournerions à cet hôtel sans aucun doute si on retourne à Venise un jour."

"Thank you for the stay. Grazie! Good: 1. The man who welcomed me was very kind. I was tired from the flight, and he helped me with my bags and offered a drink. Very kind man. 2. The deck/patio was very pretty. 3. The wine was really good. 4. The area is good. Bad: 1. One of the employees (the woman in a scarf hat) was creeping around the hotel in a suspicious manner. I saw her going upstairs and looking up as if to check if the guests were inside the room, and she stopped as if I caught her doing something bad when she had noticed me. It was a little strange, and in my opinion she’s up to no good when the owners aren’t around. I would take valuable belongings with me. 2. All the maintenance staff was non-White. I’m only a visitor but I am also European and it is quite disheartening to see how the West is losing its culture and identity. In my opinion there are many Italian and European migrants whose need for employment is more important than those from other continents. Neutral: 1. The bathroom was really small and the deck staircase was very narrow. It’s not a negative because I’m small too, but it’s worth noting for those who might need more space. 2. The location is a little hard to find if you’re unfamiliar with the area, but it’s easy to memorize once you find it."
