Service at check in was excellent, room was spacious, bed comfy and shower was excellent. Breakfast consisted of some cooked fresh and buffet, it was delicious and healthy. Location was great, next to Rialto line to get to and from airport. I would definitely book again.

This was a 30th wedding anniversary trip and our first time in Venice, so choosing the right hotel was very important. The first negative was check-in. I mentioned it was our 30th anniversary as i had on the booking. Now i was trying my luck to see if an upgrade or a drink was offered and simply got told there is nothing they can do and can i give them my card for deposit. Very functional, zero interest. Very cold. Breakfast is not worth the money. The area is too small for the number of guests, and we had to wait 25 mins to be seated, queue past reception area, and awful service with guests having to sort who was next themselves. I have been fortunate to stay in 100s of hotels around the world with my work, I have never had to wait so long to be seated for food before. Once seated, the food was not kept refreshed, with no plates for pastries, no spoons for yoghurt, and various items missing. Milk for coffee never arrived either. The staff were clearly doing their best, but it was a shambles. We (and many others) complained and got a refund, but this also took repeated complaints as nobody was logging our issues. Just didn't seem to be bothered and certainly not being proactive. Didn't eat there in the evenings as I was put off breakfast. Check out mo better. I asked for a water taxi to airport, their price was higher than i found online yet same service, whn i asked why they said just how it is. I booked elsewhere. Never got any recognition it was our 30th anniversary

It’s wonderfully located near Rialto bridge and the grand canal, and it’s very close to the vaporetto, the gondolas, and the aliluana line going to the airport! The hotel is very clean, service is excellent, and the breakfast is superb! I can’t say enough, I’m sooo glad we stayed in this hotel! The partial ocean view in room 303 has a great view and it’s across the bar with overlooking view of Rialto bridge and the grand canal. Staying in this hotel makes our stay in Venice more magical ♥️🥰😍

Great location. Beautiful room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is <1mile from restaurants, St Mark's, Doge Palace, and ferry to Murano/Burano. Windows open all the way, so you can get fresh air very easily. Rooftop bar is a must do at night. Great views. Drinks are a little pricey, but not outrageous. Travel tip, get off water taxi at San Silvestro, not Rialto. Hotel is on the San Silvestro side.
