"If you'd like a dumpster fire if a visit, this dilapidated trash pit is for you! Had never been in the area and chose it for the proximity to the airport and shuttle. I booked and prepaid for the night I flew in at 11pm & the night before returning home at 6am, 1 week apart. Arrived about 11pm, dropped my bags in the room,went to get tea in the lobby to take my meds as I'm disabled & beginning to have a flare. I couldn't get back into my room bc the battery in the lock died and no one could open it. Couldn't get to my meds or implant device controller needed for an hour causing me to become sick all night and I couldn't leave my room since they had to manually tear it open. A disabled small woman, 11 days major surgery postop, having a flare only traveling alone due to a family emergency and had just the safety latch to close the door in a completely unknown area. Anyone could have come in while I was violently getting ill in the restroom.I was afraid for my safety, sick and could not wait until the car rental opened & I could leave. Already prepaid coming home, I called to get picked up from the airport and there was no water at the hotel and told to go somewhere else. Where am I supposed to go? Now stranded at the airport. They lied saying they didn't have my number to call, but George had texted me earlier to make sure I was really disabled. Don't stay here. Run! "

"We are handicapped, but were unable to get a handicapped room. My husband is a Vietnam vet and almost fell trying to get out of the tub. I've had a stroke and didn't feel real safe taking a shower in the slippery tub."

"The hotel staff was amazing room was comfortable my my only thing I wish they would improve on there was no channel list for the TV had to flip through every channel to see what it was on no movie channel. there was no town information restaurant recommendations or anything like that in the room. "
