"Front desk staff terrific ! Bellman was Great ! Bar staff in hotel lobby was VERY SLOW. Took one girl 25 minutes to make 2 cappuccinos and then she noticed I was sitting there waiting to order an orange juice. Also Tetiavai, an employee at bar/lobby was Extremely rude to customers."
