Room was spotless! Everything was perfect in the room. We had reserved three rooms for the night and only one was ready at check in time. We ended up having to wait till after supper to get into the other rooms. That was a bit of a downer but overall everything else was superior!

Otherwise there were lovely toiletries, comfy beds, and fast free internet. There are active renovations going on, but we were not bothered by either noise or visual distractions at all. Well-located with lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping, and sightseeing within walkable distance. Recommend a stay here! Thank you to the staff for the lovely stay. "

"Very friendly staff, particularly during the breakfast time. Well organized. Included breakfast was very good (toasts, waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, oatmeal). Not much underground parking but there is plenty of free parking outside the building. The smell in the room was a bit that of a wet rag but generally very clean floors, linens, towers. So slight smell was the only thing that could improve and at least in our room (we didn't complain as it wasn't that strong nor bothersome enough)."
