They had to switch us to a different room due to them being out of the room we booked,, however they went above and beyond to accommodate us and even sent an appetizer up to our room for our teens. Would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport - Adjacent to Terminal C
Great location from airport; shuttle services was excellent to and from the terminal. Only flaw was the amount of time to wait for an elevator - we were on the 10th floor so stairs what’s challenging with luggage.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was warm, courteous, and offered my kiddos some yogurt covered pretzels that they loved. We were offered water bottles. Great service. We arrived to the room and it looks great but even more important - the room is spotless. Next time I’m in town I’ll stay here ...
