"We stayed at Appellation June 5 & June 6 nights and checked out June 7 at 11:00 am. I had specifically mentioned to the ‘front desk’ about a month ago that we were there to celebrate my husband’s 60th bday & was told there will be something special included in the 2 rooms we had booked. Nothing special/any gift etc was included when we came in. Additionally I even reminded the lady at reception on June 6 whether they meant to include anything since that’s what I had been told earlier & she implied it would be done but again nothing was done. Only because this was my husband’s 60th I am definitely disappointed with management. They did not have to include anything at all but if they commit to something I feel it should have been followed through. Joshi"

"Stayed here for three nights and had an overall good experience. The location is convenient and not too far from the downtown area, and the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. Our first night was unfortunately rough because the A/C in our room wasn’t working. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us and moving us to another room the following day. While it was definitely inconvenient, these things happen, and I appreciated how the team handled the situation."

"Parking was easy to find and had enough spaces for our stay. They do a precheck in and precheck out to make that process go quicker. There is no elevator so if you don't want to haul luggage up stairs to the higher floors I recommend requesting a lower floor room. Bed was comfortable, room was small but well laid out where it didn't feel cramped. Blackout curtains were nice to block light from the outside. They offer a continental breakfast, we didn't eat anything but the aroma of the breakfast was phenomenal."

"Room was clean. AC worked great heads were OK. The shampoo and body wash and conditioner in the shower was very irritating. The pump only pumped a tiny little bit at a time. And it wasn’t connected to the wall so he had to bend over but for the price overall, it was fine."
