the room was comfortable, except for the pillows, which I prefer to be more firm. The room temperature was OK. I asked for my room to be serviced and it was done very nicely. More room service options would be good. Food was excellent. Wine pours were a little on the light side.

The furniture in the "executive suite" was torn up, ripped and very worn.i did not want to sit on it. The bed sheets were clean but not at all tucked in. Dirty carpet in the room.
