"The parking situation was unacceptable when we arrived. The garage was closed and the lady preventing people from entering was very unhelpful. As an out of town visitor, I had no idea where she expected me to park. I had bags and I was told to park in the circle to drop them off. It was still quite a walk with my bags to the hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic but had no reach solution other than to park in lots 25 or 12. That was a long walk away and I was beyond frustrated by this point. When we walked back up the hill, the garage was re-opened (the lady who was not very helpful was gone). We then walked back down the hill and almost to the far end of lot 25 and drove the car back to the garage. It was one of the worst first experiences I have had at a hotel ever. The staff at the hotel were friendly but the parking disaster pretty much ruined the experience."
