"As soon as we arrived, James, valet parker remembered us from previous visits! How awesome is that. With how busy your hotel is, James has a good memory. Moved on the front desk to Registration desk. Greeted with lots of ALOHA. Got great service and the ocean view room. We've stayed at your property for the last 3 years and will continue to make it there in the future with our whole ohana. Mahalo plenty to all staff at Naniloa They're was nothing we didn't like"
