"Our room was fine, there was a broken window and the bed was uncomfortable - which is a personal preference thing. The breakfast room was clean and tidy. The offerings were good, but not extravagant. My waffle was great. I use a walker and always reserve an accessible room, which ours was. However, the shower is an issue that will inevitably cost our hosts. They have obviously re-carpeted and have new flooring in the bathroom and other areas. Unfortunately, the lowest points in the shower appear to be the ends by the curtain. I took a VERY abbreviated shower, when I discovered water running along the wall on one side, and beneath the bathroom door on the other. There needs to be a water barrier installed, to keep the water in the shower area. I would think a 1/4’’ or 3/8’’ strip of tile would suffice. And yes, I understand that it is to be a ‘roll-in’ shower, but if a person has already negotiated the hotel’s front door sill, as well as the transition area from carpet to bathroom successfully, a narrow strip of tile should not pose a problem. If NOT addressed, damage - already apparent - to the Sheetrock will continue. The newly installed carpet will continue to get wet and mildew is only a matter of time. Plus, I would expect that some degree of damage to the subfloor beneath the new vinyl (which is VERY nice) has already taken place. All-in-all, a decent stay. But some minor repairs could head off problems. A redo of the shower would alleviate them Thank you"

"The room was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. You need an extension cord to use the coffee maker. You had to be a short person or be able to get down on your knees to use the refrigerator because it sat on the floor. One parking spot per room? They had vacancies but no parking; something wasn't right. Overall, not a bad place."
