We enjoyed our stay towards the end of the season. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good especially compared to chain hotels. We had a room with a loft. Very spacious. Overall great stay, there only 5 minutes from Mt. Rushmore. Highly recommend!

The room had pull down shades that were damaged and let light in all around. The top security lock was damaged and didn’t work. The breakfast was ok. It had hot options. It was nice having china instead of paper to eat and drink out of. It was close to Mt Rushmore. We were able to watch mule deer in the morning right outside the hotel.

Farm boy Kitchen is in this strip just within walking distance of the Roosevelt on the road to Mt. Rushmore. By all means dine there it’s a great experience.

Great location! 2 miles from entrance to Mt Rushmore; also, pretty close to both Crazy Horse & Custer State Park & Bear Country. Easy to get to restaurants/bars. Staff was very friendly & efficient. Very pet-friendly... only $35 for entire stay for our 2 little Maltese pups! Hotel facilities were fine (room = nice, pool and gazebo). Breakfast was fine. Found great deal on Expedia! Bottom-line: would stay again.
