Very well taken care of property, obviously well cared for and maintained. Our room was huge. The pool was also clear and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only fault I can find is that the breakfast wasn’t very good. Not due to poor preparation or care, I just think the food itself was low quality. One of the better hotels I’ve been in, might be the best hotel in Keystone

they could buy a new shower curtain there’s a lot in dollar general 😁 but the rest are good . Staff are hospitable and helpful. The room is clean. we will book again here next year .

This was AMAZING! Staff super friendly. Room was exceptional! We highly recommend this room. We were here for 4 nights 5 days and loved every second of our stay. We booked the luxury suite with a nice discount. The large suite was great for a multinight stay with family, bedding comfortable, quiet area close to everything. Desk staff helpful with local questions.

Was a nice area but the hotel was bad. The first room had a terrible odor and the pillows and sheets were damp. Got moved to another room but wasnt much better. Very outdated, pool and hot tub were both not working. They did waive the cancelation fee due to pool not working.
