Very well taken care of property, obviously well cared for and maintained. Our room was huge. The pool was also clear and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only fault I can find is that the breakfast wasn’t very good. Not due to poor preparation or care, I just think the food itself was low quality. One of the better hotels I’ve been in, might be the best hotel in Keystone

We had a great time staying here! The location was ideal, and it was comfortable and quiet. The only downside was the pool being a bit small and the hot tub out of service, but we would absolutely stay here again.

We got to our room but it smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. It had a long balcony and guests tend to use it to go outside and smoke. Front desk was very accommodating and gave us a different room. After that we went to the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was full of water but said it was out of order. The indoor pool was EXTREMELY cold. We were there 2 nights and the second night the pool was even COLDER since it looked like they filled it to overflowing. My daughter could not maker herself go in past her knees. So disappointing for a 10 year old.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, taking care of any issues that rose (the elevator wasn't working properly and they were on the phone to get it taken care of immediately and stayed around to make sure it was - this did not affect us but it was nice to see). The pool was REALLY cold and the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The room, although nonsmoking, smelled of smoke. You also have to know "tricks" to open the doors - some you have to turn the handle up, some down and some both. We were comfortable and it was a great location - just some property conditions that could be better. we would stay again for another short visit but probably not longer than a couple nights like we did.

Great stay! Huge family suite

We had a huge family suite that was clean and comfortable! We extended another night because it was a great stay and at the quiet end of town. The only negatives were having the same exact breakfast all 3 days and the hot tub was closed "for maintenance" during our entire stay. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about the room was awesome. The suite was very spacious, fireplace, 2 TV's, wet bar, quiet, comfortable bed, large clean bathroom, front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more
