Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed.

I asked for a receipt by e-mail and did not receive it. This is a big deal because I can’t get reimbursed without a receipt. The stay itself was fine, and I appreciate being able to charge my car overnight. A free car charge does not make up for the room cost. I cannot expense without a receipt.
