Front desk personnel was friend helpful. Not sure if this is standard, last week we stayed and were not charged for our small dog. This stay we were charged $35.00. for the same dog.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful when hotels.com forgot to forward on that I was going to need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was fabulous and all the staff. Now hotels.com is another story.
