The hotel is in a great location on Canal Park, in Duluth, MN. The rooms are clean, good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with many choices. Overall, I'd highly recooment.

Barker's Island Inn Resort
First room tub wouldn’t drain . Second room bathroom was dirty sheets were dirty and even the phone had grime on it . And the tub drained extremely slow in the second room, which is a hazard for anyone with children.

Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth Downtown by IHG
WiFi didn’t work our entire stay! The heat would not go above 64 degrees! We paid for full breakfast- we were denied , they stated we didn’t have the added as an extra even tho I showed screen shots of my complete booking and the 35.00 per person charge!! Not to mention room service kept disturbing ...
