The room was clean. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was decent. The one thing I wasn’t on board with were dogs staying in the hotel. I was woken up in the middle of the night by barking. At least the hotel didn’t smell of dogs.

We had an issue they didn't clean our room 3 adults only 2 towels made a complaint to a cleaning staff he said it was clean I said come see garbage wasn't emptied no towels beds weren't made and bathrm not cleaned had to call office which they responded immediately otherwise was excellent

Hotel staff was very friendly and our room was clean. Breakfast was kept stocked and the breakfast area was kept clean. Only complaint would be the pillows were hard and flat and the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. Would 100% stay again, just bring my own pillow!

The customer service during our stay was very good… they were truly doing the best they could…but clearly understaffed. However there was dog hair all over the bed when we arrived (we didn’t have a dog with), there was a towel shortage so we were not able to get enough towels, breakfast was okay at best, and the hot tub wasn’t working for part of our stay. When I asked about a discount, I was told someone would reach out to me… they haven’t.
