"Our Buttler was great. We paid for Privilege and really don’t think you get your moneys worth. You still have to pay $50 for a ribeye steak. You get a special place at the beach and pool but bars are everywhere and you can easily get your own drink. When we checked in, it was a longer than wanted wait. Nobody showed us the stuff we get as privilege. We ended up finding some things 2 days before we left. Overall a good resort, just save your money on the privilege package."
