We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY ..."

"The floor in the room needing a good clean The heating only comes off at 6pm - 9pm during the cold days you have to go out. The duvet was in very poor condition. Badly stained and grubby. Felt uncomfortable sleeping under it, even though the cover was clean."
