Not the best experience by far!!

The bed was very uncomfortable, very firm and uneven. Mattress was very dirty. Seems like every floor board is broken, causing noise from upstairs bedrooms till early hours of the morning. Limited on site parking.

Good location

The appearance of the hotel did look nothing like what in the website the Outside need a well-deserved facelift The room and the view was nice except for the mattress, it seem quite old, it had a big dent on one side , the bathroom was very nice, spa was nice and the staff was very nice, overall I had a good time

A let down

We arrived at hotel ,room was lovely, put tv on and then kettle, the fuse tripped, guy on desk sorted straight away ,but told us not to plug too many appliances in,like it was our fault ,ridiculous !,we checked just tv and kettle, switched kettle on again ,blew again , he offered two other rooms which awful ,but he did get us a similar room to the one we booked in a sister hotel next door But i feel it wasnt a big ask to have working electrics in a hotel of that size

This is a good place to stay overnight if you are passing through. Close to the beach. Parking was difficult and I got lucky. The property is dated, the bathroom is extremely small for a large man. The water was not very hot. The room was safe and secure. It is not five stars but it is a good place to stay for the night.

The highlight was Michaela in the spa who gsve me the best full body massage of my life! She was brilliant. Shame the pool, sauna and gym srent actually on site but in all honesty theyre nothing to rave about anyway. Check in was fast and easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but cold! The rest of the hotel is boiling hot but the room was freezing so bring extra layers when its chilly! Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay for 1 night, perfect walk to the beach and great for me to enjoy some quality time to myself.

Lovely overnight stay

Great hotel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Mattress was hard and I prefer a soft mattress but that’s my personal choice. Not enough parking spaces and street parking is pay and display if you can get a space.

Worst hotel in the uk.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m an electrician worked all over the country and stayed in hotels all over the country. This is the worst hotel by far. The door to the room didn’t lock. Anyone could walk in without a keycard. Was sent to the building next door for breakfast was advertised as buffet yet the whole buffet was empty and had to order yet the food was freezing cold and hard.

For what we paid our room was just perfect! We had a really goods nights sleep, the room was cosy & warm. There is room for improvement but not worth mentioning.
