I spoke to.reception about water leaking from the air conditioning unit and an engineer was called . He failed to.sirt it out and were kept awake all night .

Great location and parking too although that was extra. WiFi not good in the rooms. Breakfast very good, hotel overall very clean. Shower in the room could have done with a bigger door as water went everywhere. Beds comfy, tele good too.

Great stay, happy and polite staff, exceptionally clean. Room was spacious, comfy bed, powerful shower. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Great value for money.

Excellent all-round!

Really impressed - good value, clean and fresh and included parking and a (really good) breakfast buffet. I forgot my toothbrush but was given a complimentary one (also eco-friendly) with a little sachet of whitening toothpaste. Also lovely toiletries - asked if any conditioner and by the time I returned to my room it was by the door.

Good value for money

It was only one night stay but enough to experience good night stay. Room was nice and clean and roomy compared to some hotels and well worth the money which included parking and breakfast. Happy to recommend.

Good hotel

Nice hotel in a good location. Comfortable rooms friendly staff. Only down side was no instructions for room heating or TV use and if you are tall you might find the toilets a bit low?

Terrible...Just one night but we paid for 2 rooms we paid for extra breakfast and parking as a Family with 11months old baby...we paid for £248 not worth, wifi is too slow, we can not use tv when we watched stop and on,we slept at 9pm we suddenly woke up because outside too noisy , children played in corridor and my baby suddenly woke up and cried because of noisy i reported twice in reception just nothing. Room is small for 2 adults and one baby.We are not happy actually to this place thought we feel comfortable and relax. Some staff in reception too rude as well.
