"Staff are outstanding, however we had to move rooms (3) times. First time was due to missed bedsheets that were not changed out, the second time the AC was out in the room. We had to pack up and move (4) kids each time after a 10 hour drive , not fun. And we weren’t given a discount, just an apology. So I give them (3) stars as the last room was clean, and breakfast was great."
