New property and very clean. Staff was ok. Now the bad. First, expensive. Second, no in room coffee and didn't leave cups at community coffee pot. No employee on duty to rectify. Finally got coffee cups when they opened at 8:30. It is NOT a suite although advertised and price as such. It is a motel room with a cook surface and a full sized refrigerator. Not a suite in any sense of the word. No cooking utensils or pots in room. I have had better rooms at budget motels. Stay away!

Check-in was efficient. The desk closes by 9 pm and doesn’t reopen until 10 am the following morning. Room temperature was at 65 degrees upon entry. Had to adjust that to warmer. No big deal. Room has laminate wood floor. Has refrigerator, microwave and two burner flat top stove. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom austere with minimal amenities. Shower worked fine After finishing in bathroom I picked up the cloth shower mat to reveal a quarter sized roach squished into it from the underside. I left the mat on the bathroom counter so housekeeping could possibly address the issue.

Hotel was clean and Amazing. The only issue was the bed, every time I moved it made a noise. When you walked in the door you could smell the freshness. Overall wonderful place!

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed was moderately comfortable but - if I had to share a critique it would be to modernize the bed. Slightly lumpy. But, all in all, it was a nice stay. Excellent laundry room with credit card and app access to machines so no quarters :) Good coffee 24/7. Thank you.

All you have is the room. Coffee bar did not have cups. They don’t give enough towels. They don’t even have an ice machine but very clean and new. They do not have enough staff. Front desk is also housekeeping

The main drawback is they don’t have any dishes or cook ware. They want you to rent them for your stay. I also booked a king room but they didn’t have any at the property available because the whole hotel only has 2. The bed frame is also very cheap metal and very uncomfortable. The hotel is new and clean but I think the dishes etc should be included with the efficiency.

I like the the lobby has a separate door lock key to enter in the area of the elevator to your floor . I didn’t like there was not a comfortable chair or couch just straight chairs . And no Kleenex, this place is good for extended. I felt safe most importantly and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you
