Our newest wide-body passenger aircraft debuts internationally when it arrives at New York’s JFK
International Airport from a 14-hour flight from Beijing on January 7, 2015.

The four-cabin aircraft has 12 luxury suites in the Forbidden Pavilion first class cabin, 54 fully-flat seat to bed sleepers in the Capital Pavilion business class cabin, 66 premium economy seats and 233 in the economy cabin for a total of 365 seats.

The sculpted ceiling on board Air China’s B747-8i offers a warm, relaxing space that conveys earth and sky in a natural flow. The dynamic LED lighting features a variety of colors to simulate natural lighting form sunrise to sunset, making one truly feel at home in the sky. New larger pivot bins provide ample storage space for every passenger.
