S always I had a terrific experience This trip I needed wheelchair assistance and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. On my last leg of my trip I shared my flight from Portland Or to Medford Or with one of your pilots. She was delightful. Again I love flying Alaska Air.

Jonnie in Portland with Alaska worked some magic and was able to return me back home in the middle of my trip! Dueto the outbreak, in mid flight my final destination was canceled. But Jonnie went beyond and somehow canceled my non refundable flight and sent me back home. I am very thankful!
