The biggest issue is that there is no communication between Travelocity and southern airways. We tried to go standby on an earlier flight and southern airways couldn’t help us because we booked through Travelocity and Travelocity said they couldn’t help us either. That’s a real problem when the customer gets caught in the middle. This has happened to me before with a car rental and another airlines, as well, when things went wrong. I was left to hang.
